Lillian Easterly-Smith: Lillian is the Founder, Exec Director; Care Pastor of LifeCare Her husband, Mike is her life; ministry partner bringing his life coaching, spiritual gifts; natural abilities to support; assist in the organization.Lillian's experience spans over 25 years. She served on various Boards, led support groups, worship, organized retreats; taught in many workshops, seminars; classes.Lillian has served as speaker, teacher; leader of programs, ministries; groups as well as counselor to individuals; couples.She has volunteered; been employed at 4 major churches where she oversaw the development of care ministries. Lillian holds a degree in Counseling/Psych; Biblical Studies; is a Licensed Pastor; Licensed, Ordained Chaplain w/ I.F.O.C; a Bd Certified Pastoral Counselor through the International Board of Christian Counselors (AACC) and a Certified Health Coach. She also served as a member on the Board for a church plant in downtown Plymouth, and serves on the Board of Jasmund Outreach focusing on missions in Africa. She has published training materials, t;The Call to Care in 2009 and recently,;The Great Exchange; - a practical guide to inner healing prayer.
