out…. The cure
Steps 1 –
3 and… I can't. God can. I'll let Him.
Things
that help in overcoming:
1. List priorities – renewing love for
God needs to be at the top
2. Start nurturing a close, intimate
relationship with those that have been negatively impacted by your approval
addiction
3. Reach out and develop new healthy
friendships and mentors
4. Make a commitment to balance your
life better: work, rest, diet, exercise, spiritual development, fun!
The only
way to get your life back is to risk not receiving the applause from others!
